Über Die Rolle

We are looking for a

Senior FP&A Analyst / Finance Business Partner

to help shape the future of financial planning and business partnering at Redcare Pharmacy.

This role combines

Two Distinct Areas Of Responsibility

Group Financial Planning & Forecasting:

You will coordinate and continuously improve Group-wide planning and forecasting processes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and transparency across the organisation. You will leverage technology, including our FP&A platform Pigment and AI-driven solutions, to increase efficiency, strengthen financial insights, and further professionalise our planning capabilities.

Finance Business Partnering

You will act as a trusted financial advisor to our

Human Resources

and

Pharma Operations

functions, providing financial insights, challenging business assumptions, and supporting strategic and operational decision-making. By connecting financial performance with business drivers, you will help stakeholders identify opportunities to improve performance and create value.

The position offers broad exposure to senior leadership, including members of the Managing Board, and the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives within a fast-growing international company.
