Events Project Coordinator (M/F/D)
Troisdorf/Lohmar site – hybrid working (3 days on site)
Reports to: Head of Communications

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Events Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering events in line with organizational goals, brand guidelines, and stakeholder expectations.
The Events Project Coordinator sits within the Global Communications Team, based out of the UK and Germany, and will business partner with our Aftermarket function, with a focus on project coordination and events. They will be responsible for planning and delivery of a wide range of events for the function, which includes overseeing all logistics such as registration, venue liaison, sourcing and transport of products, setting up and management of exhibition space, branding materials, and more. They will work closely with and manage a network of external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to high quality and within agreed budget parameters.

Skills and experience that will set you up for success:
- Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
- Familiarity with standard project management methodologies
- Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Confidence in leading onsite execution of projects and events under pressure
- Understanding of brand management and the importance of consistent brand representation
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
