Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in German for e-commerce related inquiries
• Assist customers with order processing, returns, product information, and technical issues related to the platform
• Collaborate closely with logistics, sales, and technical teams to resolve customer inquiries promptly
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system
• Collect and report customer feedback to drive continuous improvements in service and product offerings
  
  

Requirements

• Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential
• A minimum of B2 in English is required
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce, is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms is desirable
