Key Responsibilities (Entry-Level Store Associate with Growth Focus)

• Product & Customer Engagement: Learn to showcase and introduce Xiaomi’s innovative products (including the "human × car × home" smart ecosystem) to customers, and assist with sales tasks.
• Customer Service Support: Provide friendly and enthusiastic consultation to customers under team guidance, helping solve simple questions and improve customer satisfaction.
• Store Operation Learning: Participate in daily store operations (such as inventory checks, display maintenance), accumulate practical experience, and lay the foundation for future management roles.

Basic Requirements (Campus Recruitment)

• Graduates with a graduation date between March 1st, 2025, and December 31th, 2026 (majors not limited; technology, business, or retail-related majors are preferred but not mandatory).
• Passion for technology, smart products, and the retail industry — eager to learn and explore new challenges.
• Open and outgoing personality, good communication skills, and enjoyment in interacting with people (teamwork and customer interaction are key!).
• Advanced German proficiency (to connect smoothly with local customers) and basic English skills (for simple international communication or training).
• No internship experience required — we value your potential and enthusiasm more!
