We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Booking Specialist to assist clients with researching available options and coordinating booking requests based on their needs and preferences.
The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with clients, researching information online, and managing important details while providing timely and professional service.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and requirements
Research available options and services
Assist with accommodations, transportation, activities, and related arrangements
Coordinate booking requests and confirmations
Review reservation information for accuracy
Provide clients with relevant details and updates
Assist with changes and special requests
Maintain accurate client and booking documentation
Follow Up When Additional Information Is Required
Communicate with service providers as necessary
Provide ongoing client support throughout the process
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Customer-focused attitude
Good online research abilities
Comfortable using email and web-based systems
Ability to manage multiple client requests
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
Previous booking, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
